The space The apartment has fully equipped kitchen ,bedroom with queen double bed and spacious bathroom. What our guests like the most is the terrace with outdoor furniture looking at the sea and mountains.The views are even better in person than on the photos. The pool is just next to the apartment and used only by guests of our apartments. Sunlunges and umbrellas as well as towels for the pool are provided. Parking is private and secure and always available for our guests. Wi fi is available in the property and it is strong. The apartment is comfortable for 4 adults and has air condition. Children up to 3 years can sleep with parents in existing beds for free. Baby crib is also available in the apartment . Smoking isn t allowed inside of the apartment but it is allowed on the terrace and near the pool away from the non smoking guests. Guest access The description says private pool as the pool is not public and no-one can use it beside our guests so the swimming pool is shared only with two additional apartments that make part of this property complex and it is cleaned every day and it is 10 m x 5 m size. The apartment is in a quiet rustic area just 7 min drive from the Old Town of Kotor. Other things to note Only 900 meters from our villa there is a cable car station that will take you from Kotor to Lovcen in just 11 minutes. From 65 meters above sea level, visitors will climb to 1350 meters in 11 minutes. About 4 km long, with 40 gondolas, the cable car will be able to carry a thousand passengers per hour.
