Each window frames a perfect view of the San Bernardino National Forest. From the beams to the floor, this gorgeously designed cabin is a dream. Elegant yet homey furnishings allow for cozy naps, good long conversations with friends and family and memorable dining and drinks inside or on the deck. It's challenging to decide which bedroom to choose as all three are well-sized and charming with elegant decor that reflects the color and feel of the surrounding forest. For families, the addition of a mini-cabin and sandbox along with the expanse of the property's natural surroundings (a nature trail framed by manzanita is part of the property) make this a perfect retreat for couples, friends and families alike. Guest access The entire property is completely accessible to guests. Other things to note WINTER WEATHER: We are in the mountains and in winter have snowfall every few weeks. Please be prepared to have equipment in your car for snow conditions and understand that Idyllwild can become snowbound. The town is very hilly and snow and icy conditions are possible. We do not view snow as a special circumstance for cancellations. CLEANING FEE AND COVID: The cleaning fee is what we are charged by our cleaning team and includes general cleaning, garbage dumping offsite ($10 a bag), outdoor grill and deck cleaning and sometimes yard cleanup. PETS: We allow up to two well-behaved dogs at $55 a night for the first and $25 a night for the second. Please let me know prior to booking if you are bringing pets. I will ask you to agree to our pet rules (basically clean up after them, don't leave them alone or wandering the property without a leash) and will apply the extra fee to your booking.
