This unique vacation villa is only 50m from the sea where you can walk along the car-free and beautifully renovated boulevard for miles from the fishing village of Los Abrigos to the harbor of Amarilla Golf. Within a 2-minute walk, you will find the supermarket that is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. as well as San Blas, a cozy car-free square where you have plenty of cozy bars, restaurants and local shops. Ideal for both with and without children. The villa in which you are staying is a fantastically spacious renovated (2023) and newly furnished villa with 3 very spacious bedrooms (equipped with air conditioning + fans) and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor: 1 with bathtub & 1 with spacious walk-in shower. Two of the three bedrooms open onto the large terrace at the back of the house that you can enter immediately through the large sliding windows. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a spacious open kitchen (equipped with all necessities, kitchen appliances, filtered drinking water system, American refrigerator and Dolce Gusto coffee machine) and the very spacious living room with a large sun terrace and garden where you can enjoy the sun optimally all day long! The large electric sun awnings give you the necessary shade on the terrace whenever you wish. On the first floor, you will find a fourth bedroom with desk + third bathroom with a 3rd toilet, walk-in shower and sink. From this bedroom you have the most fantastic ocean view!
