The villa is located in a villa residence with large heated pool located in a tropical garden along the ocean! This unique holiday villa is only 50m from the sea where you can walk along the car-free and beautifully renovated boulevard for miles from the fishing village of Los Abrigos to the harbor of Amarilla Golf. A 2-minute walk away, you will find the supermarket that is open 7/7 from 8 am to 10 pm as well as San Blas, a cozy car-free square where you have numerous cozy bars, restaurants and local shops. Ideal for both with and without children. The villa in which you are staying is a fantastically spacious renovated (2023) and newly furnished villa with 3 very spacious bedrooms (equipped with air conditioning + fans) and 2 bathrooms: 1 with bathtub & 1 with spacious walk-in shower. Two of the three bedrooms open onto the large terrace at the back of the home which you can enter immediately through the large sliding windows. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a spacious open kitchen (equipped with all necessities, kitchen appliances, filtered drinking water system, American fridge and dolce gusto coffee machine) and the very spacious living room with a large sun terrace and garden where you can fully enjoy the sun all day long! The large electric sun awnings give you the necessary shade on the terrace when you wish. On the first floor you will find a fourth bedroom with desk + third bathroom with a 3rd toilet, walk-in shower and sink. From this bedroom you have the most fantastic view of the ocean! WiFi and Smart TV, bed sheets and use of sunbeds by the large heated swimming pool in the tropical garden by the sea are included in the price. In the private garden of the holiday home, you can enjoy the brand new jacuzzi daily + From 8 pm you can also enjoy the heated hot pool (37 degrees Celsius) in the beautiful tropical garden! (During the day, the hot pool at the back is only reserved for the hotel guests at the hotel 11-holiday homes). The swimming pool is also heated all year round and is available every day from 8-9pm. 😁 Parking is available right next to the villa in the safe cul-de-sac right at the back of the house. Furthermore, children's toys and board games are also available in the house, as well as a nice play area in the children's bedroom with bunk bed! Baby cot and chair can also be provided on request.
