Kitchen Setup: We provide a well-equipped kitchen with cooking appliances, however there is no stove or built-in oven (due to building regulations). Open flames are not permitted inside. Perfect for light cooking, meal prep, and enjoying café-style breakfasts. Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to your self-contained space via a private entrance. The fully fenced courtyard and BBQ area are yours for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation. You’re welcome to wander the larger backyard to experience the local fauna and flora—keep an eye out for wallabies! Your hosts occupy a completely separate area of the property with their own entrance and private quarters. They’re here and available if you need anything, but otherwise you have full privacy to enjoy your retreat. Other things to note Check-in & Arrival: Our property sits on Mount Cotton Road with a discrete driveway entrance that can be tricky to spot, especially after dark. We recommend: (1) Using GPS/Google Maps (pin is accurate) (2) reviewing the driveway photos in your check-in guide before arriving (3) contacting us via the app if you’re having trouble locating it. We have front lighting but advise arriving during daylight if possible. Kitchen & Cooking: The kitchen is fully equipped with bench-top cooking appliances but no conventional oven or stove cooker (building regulation requirement). No open flames inside. This works perfectly for meal prep, pasta, stir-fries, and heating—just not traditional baking.
