During warmer months we recommend leaving the doors/windows open and the fans on to circulate the ocean breeze throughout the house. Temperatures tend to drop below 70°F at night. A pool cleaner arrives via the side gate every Thursday morning. The pool is NOT heated. Please keep this in mind when booking. Pool temps are warm ~May-October. -PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION IF BRINGING CHILDREN AS THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN GATE. -NO STREET PARKING BETWEEN 8PM-8AM EVERY DAY. -No pets allowed. If you have a service animal please provide us with proper documentation at least 48hours prior to check-in. -Property is protected by ADT Security. Exterior security cameras including backyard pool area. Doors have sensors for pool protection, they will chime with voice activation when opened. -CLEANLINESS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.
