A newly remodeled Carmel cottage 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, it feels like a comfortably appointed beach house. It has 2 backyard patios with fireplace, fire pit, built in grill and comfortable furniture. You can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing. It is a 1 minute walk to Carmel River Beach and just a mile to downtown Carmel, Ocean Avenue, with its unique shops and galleries. I live out of town, but I have a local manager who is always available during your stay. His phone number is provided, should you need anything during your stay. Quiet part of town near the Carmel River Beach. People say it is the "sunny side of town."
