Calm and tidy space, 14min train ride from Oslo

This space gives you room to breathe from the city centre, at the same time the city centre is just a 14 min train ride away. The train station is a 10 min walk away from the apartment. You can use the same ticket on all public transports in Oslo. Staying in my apartment gives you the privacy of having your own room, and you have the space of the living room and kitchen to use other facilities and relax. The apartment is in a calm neighborhood. The forest is accessible within walking distance The space The flat is shared with me and there might be another tenant. The window in the room is opening to the neighboring bedroom. The window is opened from your room, but should be kept closed. The train station at my place is in zone 1 of the public transport system. This is the same zone as downtown Oslo Bed linen is included. You can borrow a towel if you want. Long term guests (more than 20 days) are expected to help with cleaning of the apartment every 20th day (every third week). This includes vacuum cleaning and washing of the bathroom, toilet, shower and kitchen. The room is vented extensively after each guest checks out. Guest access You have your private bedroom, and access to shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Bathroom and toilet are separated into different rooms, which makes it more accessible (in case I am taking a shower, you can still go to the bathroom!) During your stay I am living in the apartment, so I will be available. I am available by phone when not home. Other things to note In most cases I can allow you to come to the apartment before the check-in time. However, I won't be able to clean and prepare the room until the evening. because I am out at the office. If you want to arrive earlier, just ask me if that is possible for your particular date of arrival :) Welcome to Oslo and to my home. I am looking forward to meeting you.
