Located in the tree-lined College neighborhood, this Retro Bohemian Studio is centrally-located and walking distance to Modesto Junior College, Virginia Trail, and grocery store. It's a short drive to downtown where there is a concentration of restaurants and entertainment. It is a 3-minute drive to Doctor's Medical Center, 1.5 hours to San Francisco, and 2 hours to Yosemite National Park. Good vibes! Serena & Chris The space With a private entrance, this newly-remodeled studio features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, your own bathroom, queen-sized bed with brand-new Tuft and Needle mattress, and tiny patio. The high, vaulted ceiling makes the place airy and spacious. High-speed wireless internet included. It comes with essentials such as extra towels, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and cooking supplies. It is above a detached garage (you will hear the garage door 2-3 times a day--sorry!). We live on the premises, so if you need anything, we will be there to help. Guest access The studio is completely private with no shared spaces. You will have your own entrance which is accessed by keypad entry. Street parking is directly in front of the property and in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
