The room is located in a delightful and welcoming guest house in the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, a short distance from everything you need to spend a pleasant stay in our city or to refresh yourself after a business trip. You will experience the vitality and beauty of the center by reaching shops, restaurants, pine forests, bars, promenade and much more in a few steps. In winter you will be delighted by the warmth of the underfloor heating while in summer you can cool off thanks to the modern air conditioner. There is also a fridge and a kettle as well as countless sockets to charge your devices, from smartphones to PCs. Free wi-fi Guest access If you arrive by train it will be very easy to reach the structure and then you can move easily on foot as all the services and the pedestrian area are very close and the sea is only a few hundred meters away. For those arriving by car, however, we remind you that being in the center, parking is subject to charges from Monday to Saturday, therefore excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, there are free parking lots in the neighboring streets. Other things to note A peculiar feature of which we are very proud is the ECOGREEN imprint we have given to our structure. Thanks to photovoltaic panels and the absence of methane systems, we are able to release less CO2 into the environment and save the lives of many trees.
