Construction special: please read

Update February 2026: there is construction happening right next to the cottage so noise is expected Monday- Friday starting at 7am. Also part of the fence will be removed on one side of the deck so there is much less privacy and likely limited outdoor space to comfortably relax, along with construction workers coming and going. Likely the cottage will only currently work for an early riser who plans to be out and about the majority of the day. Other things to note Welcome to our humble home! Built around 1920, it has its quirks but it also oozes charm. The majority of the home has been remodeled. Please note that the bedroom is only divided by a thick velvet curtain, not a wall. And you have to walk through that area to reach the bathroom. Both the bathroom and kitchen have one step down and both entrances to the home have couple steps so please keep this in mind if mobility is concerned. Our family of three (four if you include our 90 pound dog) have happily called this home for the past three years but please note it is probably best suited to two people. The dining table seats two. The patio table however does seat 6-8. The AC unit is a wall mini-split unit and works great but does not really reach the bathroom or kitchen very well. There is one parking space.
