You’ll have your own bathroom with shower and a private entrance so you can come and go as you please during your stay. There is also access to a private kitchenette with basic cooking facilities plus crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Perfect for a weekend away and perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the beautiful Mornington peninsula. The space You’ll have exclusive use of the studio under our house which has a king bed, lounge and tv with private ensuite, full size fridge and an external kitchenette for your private use. We try to be very considerate whilst guests are staying but whilst typically we don’t hear a thing from guests, you’ll hear a bit from us in terms of foot traffic and family life, particularly during the day and early evening. Other things to note Please note there is also a Pilates machine in the room as this is a dual purpose space for us but which, being specialised equipment that requires training to operate, is not provided for guest use.
