Spacious Chico Retreat – 4BR/2BA Near Chico State

This is a newly renovated 1940 house that retains a ton of its original charm. It is conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Enloe hospital and ~10 minute walk to downtown / Chico State. The original hardwood floors have been refinished and are a work of art. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and a large 18x12 master bedroom on the other. The master has a 55” TV connected to hi-fi speakers and has Philips Hue color changing lights. The space There is a huge orange tree in the front yard. Feel free to grab some oranges using the citrus picker (basically a basket with a broom stick) and use the industrial juicer in the kitchen. There is also a water feature in the backyard with fish. Please feed the fish once or twice daily during your stay. There is an outdoor seating area in the backyard with a charcoal grill. Other things to note Brand new AC as of 6/2023!
