Situated in the vibrant street of Fossgate The Bingham is nestled in a quiet Courtyard with outdoor seating. The Kitchen is fully equipped for your home away from home stay and has a dining table and smart TV. A Stylish sitting room houses a comfortable sofa and easy chair with Smart TV and black out blinds. The Bathroom has a shower over bathtub and WC. The bedroom is cosy with ample storage and smart TV We offer free parking for one car. The space This stylish one bedroom cottage offers cosy sitting room with Smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV in the bedroom, hotel quality linen and Walk in Shower and WC. Not many of Yorks holiday lets have an outside space. Here you can enjoy all of the seasons in our courtyard with patio furniture and blankets for those chilly evenings. Call us to discuss the option of bringing your small dog. Some charges may apply. Guest access You have the entire cottage to yourselves and there is a Private Entrance Other things to note Important things to note. Its always best to give us your ETA, and call us when you are 30 minutes away.  Could you also advise us if you are travelling by car, or by train If you require a late check out, we charge £20.00 to divert housekeeping.
