Have fun with the whole family in this stylish home. The special New Style holiday farmhouse on the northern Lake Constance. Barrel sauna, covered outdoor lounge, large garden, Napoleon grill, fire bowl and a great children's playground on the northern Lake Constance. The very cozy furnished (completely newly renovated and completely newly furnished in 2019) vacation farmhouse has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living area, which is very open and flooded with light. Only you live in the holiday farmhouse and the large garden! Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. Up to 4 parking spaces directly at the house available at no extra charge. On the upper floor is the sleeping area with 3 rooms and a bathroom, one room with double bed, one room with double bed and a single bed, one room with 2 single beds. We can also provide 2 travel cots for toddlers free of charge on request. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower, double sink and a washing machine. On the ground floor there is a smaller bathroom with toilet and shower. You can reach the terrace directly from the living area on the ground floor with a very large garden where children can use our new trampoline ø 4.20 m, a playhouse with slide and a swing with climbing wall. We have a fairly fast free Wi-Fi, free NETFLIX and ALEXA, which makes music or gives you information. Next to the terrace, under a large canopy, there is a cozy lounge for "chilling out." Wind-protected and ideal for a "sun downer" as the terrace is on the west side. There is also a new gas grill at your disposal so you can enjoy the garden to the fullest. With this property, we offer you the opportunity to live in an entire house with a garden surrounded by organic fruit plantations (Lake Constance fruit) - exclusively for you alone! In Horgenzell, Bavendorf, or Neuhaus, just a few minutes away by car, you will find plenty of opportunities to do your shopping. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous opportunities to buy fresh Lake Constance fruit and bread at street stands, even on Sundays and holidays without time pressure. The playground in Ravensburg Liebenau is about 15—20 minutes by car from our property. The surrounding area is also known for numerous beaches, thermal baths, museums and leisure activities around Lake Constance. Guest access Access is via a PIN that we provide a few days before arrival. You check in and out yourself. Everything else is self-explanatory. Keep it simple!
