The Grand Curtis is the Carriage House within a stone’s throw from the Main House. Unlike the rooms located inside, the Grand Curtis is a fully equipped home, including a kitchen! The space The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a lively neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. Go big or go home — right? Well, you’ll certainly go big and never want to go home after your first night’s stay in The Grand Curtis. As they open the door, guests will be in awe of the home’s natural charm. One of the first rooms the guest will notice is the hip living room, decorated in a fitting aesthetic to complement the Main Home’s vibe. Inside of the living room, we have placed ample seating for four with a TV. Around the corner, guests will fall in love with the open layout of the dining area and kitchen. Thinking of making yourself more at home? Utilize the kitchen to create a delicious meal for you and your guests. There’s also seating for four outside on the patio. After a long day of adventuring, slip into something more comfy or start a bath in the clawfoot tub. Trust us - it’s one of the best treats you’ll have during your stay. Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor communal areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger communal area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside communal areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends. (The fireplace is currently out of order and not available for use.) Guest access Guests will have access to the private room and common areas throughout the property. Other things to note • Not suitable for children and infants. • Street parking only. • The coffee & water station/area, luggage drop-off, deck/seating area, & ice machine area are all shared with other guests in the building. • The property can be booked to use as a venue for professional photoshoots. Our practices and standards have been modified to include more in-depth, multi-point cleans after every guest checkout, ie., use of CDC-compliant cleaning products, attention to high-touch surfaces and ‘hot-spots’, and social distancing. As always, we advise guests to practice hygienic vigilance when using rental properties (see CDC Best Personal Practices). • *Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy. *There is no mailbox access at this property. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages. *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* Should you believe you left any personal belongings at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, the guest will be responsible for paying a $40 recovery charge and shipping costs for any items that need to be returned by mail.
