Our house is located in front of Jabaquara beach. We are 1.5 km from the historic center and several seaside kiosks, bars and restaurants on the waterfront. There's a market 100 meters away. The house has two floors. The rooms are spacious, well-lit and very airy. The constant breeze coming from the sea enters the house through large windows. The upper floor has a balcony with a hammock and beautiful views of the sea and mountains. On the lower floor, the balcony overlooks the garden and pool. The space We have 2 kitchens with large windows and ocean views. - 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. - 2 large bathrooms with hairdryer. - 2 living rooms with TV and wall fan. The kitchens are complete.
