La Petite Maison Blanc

Permit RVC-650 La Petite Maison Blanc is a 1200 square foot guest house separate from the main estate known as the Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate with a hot springs spa/hot tub, outdoor barbecue island with refrigerator, parking and separate entrance. The space The guest home offers a single story residence with no steps at the entrance, and an open floor plan complete with a fully equipped kitchen, family room, private master suite and custom bathroom. Upon entering the gates into the courtyard you’ll immediately feel relaxed as you catch a glimpse of Chateau Blanc’s very own cabernet franc vineyard and park-like setting. The family room has a leather love seat with reclining chairs and HDTV. The kitchen is designed with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, and full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all your kitchen cooking tools. The master suite has a California king bed and the luxurious bath has an oversized Travertine shower, vanity, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. La Petite Maison Blanc is ideal for a party of two but can sleep up to four people with the two high-end roll away beds that you can position to your liking. La Petite Maison Blanc is surrounded by some of the most fabulous views you can find in the Temecula Wine Country. No matter where you are, you’ll enjoy a picturesque view of the vineyards and rolling hills, be it morning, sunset, or night. In the early morning hours, you might even catch a glimpse of hot air balloon flying overhead! Guest access Guests are able to use the private patio & parking space. The Main House Estate is private to the Main House Guest only, there is not a garage or covered parking with this unit. Other things to note La Petite Maison Blanc is one of three luxurious living areas at Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate. There is a main home (Chateau Blanc Estate) and a studio loft apartment (La Studio Maison Blanc) that additional guests could enjoy during your stay. All three of the residences are private with separate entrances. La Petite Maison Blanc can be rented in conjunction with the guest house and/or the main house for multiple rental options. The outdoor courtyard and Hot Springs spa/hot tub is for La Petite Maison Blanc guests’ private use and not shared with any other guests on the property when renting on its own. The main home (Chateau Blanc Estate) has pool privileges, however not shared with the La Petite Maison Blanc guests unless rented together. We do only allow 1 car to be parked per reservation. We cannot allow 2 cars, please do not ask. We do have AC but the AC is not able to be lowered to less then 74 degree's. Additional Guests that are not staying at the property are. not allowed over during the stay for use of BBQ or Hot Tub. If you plan to have a guest or someone to stop by please let Management know prior to booking the home for a reservation. We do have a Studio Loft Apartment that can be rented with this property that is a great combination, with luxury accommodations and can offer for then an option for 3 parking spots.
