The Picchio Verde

Peaceful country house with a large garden featuring centuries-old olive trees, a mini Jacuzzi hydromassage pool, a 5.50 x 3.00 m in-ground saltwater pool lined with wood, and a sauna nestled in the olive grove. Located on Monte Pausillo on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, 15 minutes from Lake Trasimeno, it's a fantastic spot for mountain biking or hiking. The space Il Picchio Verde is a country house of 120 square meters on two floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom with tub and a hallway. On the first floor three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Next to the porch our guests can enjoy the spa with Jacuzzi. On the back there is the barbecue area with wood available. Guest access Guests can use the entire garden, the entire house and the Spa with Jacuzzi hydromassage and an above-ground, in-ground, wood-lined saltwater swimming pool measuring 5.50 x 3.00 m and finally our guests can relax in the garden in the Finnish sauna.
