The space This is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms single level townhome, approximately 1300 square feet. It has a private backyard with a privacy fence, table, spa and grill. There is a large side lawn for the kids to play. The master suite has a bathroom with a shower and a very comfortable king size memory foam bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double size memory foam mattress on bottom and a single on top. Be careful not to bump your head, because of the thick mattress there isn't a large gap below the top bunk. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhome, backyard, lawn, and laundry. The garage is locked for owner storage. Other things to note There is additional parking in the gravel area next to the driveway. Please don’t park in front of the next door neighbor’s garage. This is a townhome so please be aware there are neighbors close by.
