This is meant to be a KIDS ROOM that parents don't mind sharing space with. A second private building is located a few hundred yards from the main house complex. This second building has an upstairs bedroom loft and bath, a kitchen and living room on the main floor, and a game room in the garage area. You will have access to the entire home limited access to the garage only for washer and dryer.
