Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and has been completely renovated to include the most modern facilities and a contemporary design. The interiors are spacious, airy and cosy, perfect for unforgettable holidays. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds and 1 double, as well as 2 family bathrooms with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the most modern appliances and a dining table for 6 people. The large patio doors lead to the open terrace next to the pool, with a dining table and barbecue. The living room, once again with air conditioning, has a comfortable leather sofa and a flat-screen television. On the outside, the most exclusive feature of a house in this location is the incredibly large swimming pool. It has a sunbathing terrace with loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. But with the perfect sandy beach just around the corner, the choice will be difficult: pool or beach? Free air conditioning from 2:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm and from 8:00 Pm to 8:00 Am. The tourist tax is included in the rates. Information to bear in mind: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
