Other things to note Guests will be able to use the property for the entire duration of the reservation, in accordance with the rules outlined in this listing. 🏠 Capacity and prices The house can accommodate up to 8 people. The accommodation price varies according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. No visitors or additional guests are allowed. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, without a refund. 🛏️ Bedding and linens The property provides sheets, pillows and bedspreads. 🚫 We do not provide bath towels. Guests must bring their own. 🔇 Quiet and Community Living Rules 🚫 The following are not allowed: No car stereos Speakers, musical instruments, or equipment with heavy bass, such as boomboxes and JBL speakers, are prohibited. Parties and shouting are prohibited. Loud noise or swearing. Setting off fireworks is prohibited (day or night). 📢 Attention: The property has internal quiet hours, which must be strictly observed to ensure the well-being of guests and the neighborhood. We would like to point out that noise coming from neighboring establishments is not under the control of the landlord/owner and is not his/her direct responsibility. In these cases, Municipal legislation and Article 42 of the Brazilian Penal Code (disturbance of the peace) apply, with enforcement carried out by the City Hall or the Military Police. If necessary, we will provide guidance on how to contact the appropriate authorities. ⚠️ Fee per incident: In case of complaints from neighbors or if the landlord needs to visit the property to investigate complaints, a fee of R$2,000.00 will be charged per incident. Failure to comply with the guidelines to reduce or turn off the noise may result in immediate vacating of the property and cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the amounts paid. We charge an additional fee for laundry at the local rate.
