Our home is minutes from fast water for all the great water sports on the river. Our bay is quiet where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking and playing in the water. Local shopping center is 5 minutes away includes drug store, Safeway, gas station, Starbucks, restaurants, banking. General Maintenance, Every Friday between 2-4pm there will be a gardener managing the lawn and airblowing the back deck. He will knock on the door to announce his arrival. Every Thursday Night, garbage cans will need to go out to the curb. Please be sure to place them out before 5am Friday morning.
