Its 205 m² living area is spread over two levels and offers up to 8 people a perfect holiday home. In total, this great new cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 full bathrooms and a private sauna at your disposal. The spacious and light-filled living and dining area with direct views of the nature reserve is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a cozy sofa, a sound system and a smart TV. Especially in the cooler seasons, the fireplace creates a romantic and pleasant atmosphere. The huge south-facing sun terrace with a cozy seating area invites you to relax. The balcony or terrace furniture is available seasonally - usually from May to the end of September. The kitchenette harmoniously integrated into the living area is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker and various small inventory of the best. The detached cooking island with seating completes the kitchen-living room flair perfectly. Accessible to reach is located on the ground floor of one of the four bedrooms in total. It features a comfortable double bed, which can be separated into two single beds, and a private TV. This bedroom is adjacent to one of the two shower bathrooms on the ground floor. The second shower room on the ground floor is connected to the in-house sauna, where you can relax to your heart's content. On the upper floor of the house you will find another three bedrooms of the same size, also each with its own TV. All bedrooms have a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 x 200 x). On this level, there is also another spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and hair dryer. By the way, the second living area - the Boddenblick room - the Boddenblick room - invites you to cozy hours, whether at the common plumbing, a board game, a board game or simply enjoying the magnificent view of the Bodden as well as the surrounding biosphere reserve. 2 car parking spaces are available free of charge. Guests with electric vehicles can comfortably charge it to the in-house electric charging column (0.40 EUR/KWh) with up to 11 kw charging power and a fixed charging cable type 2 for electric cars.
