Only 5 minutes drive from Lake Wānaka and town center, with walking and mountain biking tracks right on the doorstep. The loft apartment features a bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed, and open plan living room including a dining area and kitchenette. The space This one-bedroom loft apartment is fully appointed with a stunning view. It also features its own private carport and entrance. Located less than 5km from the town center and literally across the road from the stunning Clutha River! The open-plan living area/kitchen has two couches, 50” flat screen TV (Netflix, Freeview, YouTube and Chromcast). There is a fully equipped kitchenette with cutlery, crockery and other basic implements; appliances include kettle, toaster, microwave/ convection oven and single-ring induction hob top. EVs can be charged from the 10amp standard wall outlet in carport. A 16 amp caravan blue outlet can be made available on request (please provide advance notice and note: you will need to provide your own cables, and a charge of 35c per KWh applies for quantity use). Guest access The loft apartment is entirely self-contained and private, with its own carport (car park) and separate entrance. Other things to note The loft guest suite is above our garage, which is set slightly apart from our primary residence. We have two children (12 and 10yo) . Free WIFI (broadband) is included, and we supply coffee, tea, milk and staples such as sugar, salt and pepper. We do not refund if you can’t get here due to weather so please ensure this possibility is covered by your travel insurance.
