A stone cottage where you can live surrounded by nature, between mountains and countryside, equipped with a private terrace from which you can admire the landscape of the salt pans and the island of Favignana, an oasis of peace and quiet in all seasons. The house can be reached from the Ericina Difali/Cappuccini stop. Ideally located to reach, in just a few kilometers, the most beautiful beaches between Trapani and S. Vito Lo Capo and to visit the most iconic sites of western Sicily's artistic and historical heritage. The space The view of the immense landscape, the feeling of total freedom and privacy. The interior spaces include a double bedroom, a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed: a kitchen stocked with utensils, and a bathroom with a shower. Heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. Outside, there is a small covered canopy and barbecue. A comfortable hammock awaits you under the shade of the trees. Guest access The house for the exclusive use of the guest who rents it (up to 4 family members or friends) guarantees a quiet and private vacation. It has kitchen utensils, a gas oven and microwave, kettle, coffee makers, and a barbecue on the terrace. On hot days, a covered wooden veranda and umbrellas (which you can also take to the beach) allow you to have lunch outside so you don't miss a single moment of the breathtaking view of the salt pans and the sea of Trapani. As indicated by the sign on the exterior wall of the house, there is an outdoor video camera connected to the alarm system in front of the main entrance door. Other things to note The tourist tax of €1 per guest is paid upon arrival and only from April to October. The house is equipped with an alarm and an external camera as announced by the external sign.
