This big, well-maintained century home consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, two seperate toilets, laundry, kitchen/dinning room and a separate lounge . The kitchen is fully equipped. Two heat pumps and wood burners. Huge front garden, lots of flowers and birds. The space This property is divided into ground and upper floors, only the main ground floor is for Airbnb. Guest access The guests occupy the entire home and are welcome to explore the big front garden and the back yard . Other things to note Please take your shoes off inside the home as all the carpet is brand new. Slippers are provided . The street is very quiet, has plenty of parking place in front of the house. Please note: 1) Guests need to walk along a footpath(uphill) from the street to the house. 2) The home is very big, and can comfortably host 6 people. Less than three people booking is not recommended unless it is work, study, or medical related. 3) Please be aware: There are people staying upstairs , but mainly during the night time. They are very quiet and considerate. 4) The house is one hundred years old, but well maintained, very clean and comfortable. It's not a modern house. 5) No pets please.
