Moonstone Point; 5 minutes from town

This home is perfectly nestled in the mountains on a “point” directly above Breckenridge. It sits on 1.2 acres backing up to the National Forest. It is a great year-round retreat. There are spectacular views from the home, deck, and hot tub. It is open and spacious, and Steve and Nancy provide many basic staples of a home and more for you to use. Winter guests are recommended to have a 4 wheeled vehicle to reach our home. The roads are regularly graded, but the steep terrain can be difficult. The space Guests frequently rave about the openness of the home and the many scenic views. On sunny days, the sunrise brightens the kitchen from the east and there is always a view of the sun setting in the west if it's not too cloudy. There is an abundance of wildlife around the perimeter of the home. Foxes, deer, moose, elk, chipmunks, birds, and even an occasional bear can be seen. Guest access The only area of our home that is not accessible is the loft are above the garage which is separately locked off. The locked refrigerator and closet in the garage are also not accessible. Tools are accessible in the garage if needed. Registration Details BCA-80791
