That's why we'd like to share a few practical details with you before your arrival. Villa Gilbert enjoys a beautiful, elevated location in Vins-sur-Caramy, surrounded by nature. This exceptional setting offers peace, privacy and stunning views. A car is recommended for comfortably exploring the surrounding area and doing your shopping. The heated private swimming pool is reserved exclusively for you and your fellow guests. The water temperature depends on the season and weather conditions. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times when near the pool. The bedrooms and living areas are spread across several floors, including the self-contained studio on the top floor. Please keep this in mind if you are travelling with young children or guests with reduced mobility. Villa Gilbert is located in a peaceful, natural setting where privacy and relaxation are highly valued. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighbours' quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and to avoid any noise disturbances during this time. The villa is particularly well suited to families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. Noisy parties and events are not permitted. The parking area directly in front of the villa belongs to our neighbour and is not available for our guests. We therefore kindly ask you to always park your vehicle inside the entrance gate, on Villa Gilbert's private driveway. This helps us respect our neighbours' property and access. The parties expressly agree that the total rental price covers both the use of the immovable property and the use of the movable property provided (furniture, furnishings and equipment). Of the total rental price, 10% is allocated to the use of the movable property (furniture, furnishings and equipment), while 90% is allocated to the use of the immovable property. This allocation reflects the economic reality and has been determined based on the nature, condition and value of the furniture, furnishings and equipment made available.
