House 81

Hot tub! House 81 is a great space with sleeping for 12. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house as there are two loft spaces in the tower and a large outdoor deck. The house is older and could use some esthetic updates but the home put us within a one minute walk to the ocean. From the tippy top floor of the tower you can see the entire Monterey Bay. TOT CO04546 The space Hot tub! House 81 offers four traditional bedrooms with two additional lofts staged with two twins in each loft and closet space. The lofts are very easy to get to, no ladder required, they are located on the same floor as the two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom upstairs (two traditional and two lofts) has two twin beds in each. The two main floor bedrooms have two queen beds in each. This is a total of two queen beds and eight twin beds. In addition, you have two more lofts, one with a couch and small table and the other with a 6 seating card/game table. This is a great house for the family to reconnect and the access to the beach is just about 100 ft from your front door. IMPORTANT NOTE: Santa Cruz County Tax rate will be increased from 11% to 14% in 2023. All reservation made for 2023 will see this rate adjustment at the start of the year. TOT Certificate #0094 Other things to note Please note that the HOA has parking restrictions for oversized vehicles, including campervans, trailers, RVs, and shuttle vans carrying more than 9 passengers, within the residential areas. For your convenience, designated on-site parking is available near the main entrance by the community EV charging station. Please note that this parking area may be approximately ¼ mile to 1 mile from your rental, so having a second vehicle available to shuttle back and forth is highly recommended.
