4 new, stylish luxury suites for 2 people, offering an atmosphere of comfort, luxury, and coziness. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Each apartment features a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower, double sink, and separate toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided. Children welcome from 12 years and over. The minimum stay is 2 nights. The space Since 2017, six holiday apartments for 2 or 4 people have been created in the building of the former Grand-Hôtel Le Baron. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and you can also use the restaurant with a large terrace on the ground floor. Le Baron Apartments are located in the heart of the Ardennes, near the Waterfalls of Coo. The apartments are perfect for a short getaway or a holiday in the Ardennes, but also ideal for business travelers, as they offer more than just a hotel room with a bed. Given their completely independent and self-sufficient nature, the apartments are also suitable for long-term stays. Due to safety regulations, children under 12 are not permitted in the building. One pet is allowed on request. Costs: 15€/night. Guest access The entrance to the apartments is located on the side of the building, on the street side. The apartments are spread over the first to the third floor, these are accessible via stairs. There is no elevator. On the ground floor is the restaurant Le Baron. For guests who bring bicycles, there is a bicycle shed behind the building. It is closed and there is camera surveillance. Other things to note Children under the age of 12 are not allowed, due to safety reasons. One dog is allowed per stay. We ask for a fee of 15€/night. This is not included in the rental price. Breakfast service is available on request. Breakfast is delivered to the door of the apartment and costs 19€ per person. This is not included in the rental price.
