Guest access You have 100% access to the cottage, front and rear patios w/umbrella dining table, comfy seating, bbq, and outdoor lighting for all your gatherings! Private back yard has many plants, flowers, and flagstone patio. The attached single garage serves as laundry room with new high capacity front load washer/ dryer, iron w/ironing board, also boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, kids toys and a wagon to pull it all in!
