From the Pearl Street mall that has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, retail, and night life to the University of Colorado, home of the CU Buffs. Just a small commute and your options are endless to hiking & biking trails, fishing spots, golf courses, rock climbing and Eldora Mountain Resort The space The apartment is two levels with the main living area and kitchen downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is furnished with cookware, appliances and a one cup Keurig coffee maker. We provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cream and sugar. Our queen sized Tempur-Pedic bed is so comfortable you may just want to sleep in! Guest access The apartment has a security gate with a four digit code. It also has one parking space reserved for guests. Other things to note We are a family of four and have a west highland terrier, Buddy . Our children and Buddy can be often found playing in the backyard of the main house, which is directly in front of the apartment. The apartment has a privacy wall separating the two spaces. It blocks the view of the yard but not the sky line.
