Min 4 days in a row) The space A 3 bedroom ,2 bathroom house, with a large private swimming pool and garden located at the beautifull village of SPILIA (only 3 km from the beach of Kolymbari and 25 km from the center of the Chania city) . The name of the house "APITHANO" in Greek has two meanings, one of them is impossible and the other is amazing.The house has been recently renovated in order to manage to adjust to the modern way of living and in parallel to keep its unique traditional character it was "impossible" to be made but the result is "amazing" It is a two storey house but because of the outside landscape each floor can be "considered" to be ground floor. Downstairs there are two bedrooms,one with three and one with two, single beds which share a bathroom. Upstairs there is one big bedroom with king size bed and its own bathroom .Also upstairs, there is the kitchen area with the living room which share the outside veranta and garden with view to the sea and white mountains. The swimming pool has a seperate kids pool next to the outside living area for kids to enjoy their swim. It can also been heated from September untill May, on request, with an extra cost per day Guest access A car is recomeneded to the guests. Public transport is also available untill the village center (about 400 m away) Other things to note Please note that the pool can be heated from September to May, only on request and at an extra charge.
