The Apart Parterre is 65m² in size and is suitable for two to four people. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a 10m² designer bathroom, an extra toilet, a chic living room with a spacious fitted kitchen, a fireplace with a viewing window to the inside and outside, a 20m² balcony with a private outdoor sauna. The washing machine and dryer are in the shared ski and bike room. The parking space is permanently assigned. The space The house was built in 2019 according to the current OIB guidelines. Due to the extremely high construction quality, you can enjoy the highest level of living comfort as well as chic and timeless living design right on the ski slope and the railway entrance in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn - one of the largest ski areas in Austria with 408 kilometers of slopes in 3 premium ski areas!! Guest access The price includes the use of the apartment with the available resources including sauna and oven, the parking lot and the ski and bicycle room as well as the use of the washing machine and dryer.
