The Room The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Captivating Cowgirl is the sixth of nine rooms available at The CPC. The room is accessible through the interior of the home, located upstairs near the communal area. Inside of the room, we have placed a queen bed along with a dresser. On the opposite side of the room, guests will fall in love with the comfortable seating area settled near the fireplace. Feeling a little hungry? If there’s any leftovers, there’s a mini fridge and microwave available for use. The Captivating Cowgirl is a desirable home base for those currently having a love affair with the City of Denver. The Space: Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor communal areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger communal area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside communal areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends. Guests will have access to the entire home and common areas throughout the property. My home is professionally managed by Highline Management and will be available to assist your needs at all times. We have outfitted our cleaning crews with EPA recommended household disinfectants to prevent the spreading of viruses and bacteria. *** IMPORTANT PROPERTY UPDATES *** • We no longer serve complimentary breakfast. • There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar in the common areas as well as Eldorado Spring Water. • The hotel has an on-site manager who lives on the property grounds. The hotel also has security cameras in the lobby, upstairs common area, and the exterior of the property. *** The listing states it can accommodate up to 2 individuals.
