【Paradise Suite】Star Residence, Asiacity. 4 rooms

Star Residence is a modern designed accommodation situated in the heart of Kota Kinabalu city centre, near Asiacity Complex. The space Star Residence is on the 2nd Floor of the shoplots. We are regretful to inform that there is no elevator facility in the building at the moment, hence guests will have to take the stairs up to Star Residence. However we ensure you that all the stairs climbing are definitely worth it when you take your first step into our apartment! Every bedroom is en-suite and equipped with air-conditioning system. Star Residence is spacious and able to accommodate up to 12 people. There is also balcony attached to 2 of the room. Wifi is accessible through out the Star Residence. We insist guests to only smoke in the Balcony as per our house rule. For security reason, no other people are allowed into the unit prior seeking approval from the host. Thank you. Kitchen utensils are also provided for guests to do some light cooking. Kitchenwares are provided for up to 12 people. Other than filtered drinking water in the unit, we also provide tea for our guests to enjoy. Please take note that each rooms are equipped with a Queen size Bed by default. Sofa bed in the living room can be setup upon guest request with extra charges (for the 9th and 10th guest). 2 Single Floor Mattress are also available upon request with extra charges for the (11th and 12th guests) Guest access You are going to have the whole place to you yourself and your group during the stay, which include 4 Bedroom, Living Area with TV, Kitchen & Dining Area, and Balcony (the only smoking area in the apartment unit). A luggage storing room is also provided next to the Star Residence. Guests are welcome to store their luggage in the room for free during their check-out day.
