Quiet Cottage in Awesome Location

Clean (no-Febreze odors ever), quiet, very cozy older home, completely furnished, plus books & games. One-half block above Main Street. Park and walk to Olympic Arena & Skating Oval. No Smoking & definitely NOT a 'Party House' (cleanup and/or damages will be accessed so it's important to be clear up front). Short-term rent permit: Town of North Elba, NY # STR20-00429. PS - WE LOVE CANADIANS who are some of our best guests. The space Nice 100-year-old well-kept home has been in our family for 50 years. The property says "slow down & relax" & "walk, don't drive". WE take care of it. Your interaction is with us, the owners, and we really enjoy sharing this place. Guest access You will have use of the full house, and driveway. Wi-Fi provided, and ROKU with various streaming channels (but who wants to watch TV in this wonderful vacation spot?) Other things to note Clean linens are on all beds, and the towels are for your use as well as soaps. We do not offer cleaning or linen services during your short stay. There is a washer & dryer on site if needed. Mattresses are enclosed with protective covers. In summer there is a charcoal grill for your careful use, which is under cover should rain happen. Move adequately away from the house when using it. Regarding a pet, this means a dog. Owner is allergic to cats.
