BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - AC, WIFI, electric blankets and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request, at an additional cost. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room and a glass house on the first floor. - The one on the ground floor seats up to 7 people and has a music system, TV and AC. - The glass house can seat up to 12 people. - The lawn is big enough to seat up to 20 people. - Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi, accessible at an additional cost. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, water purifier, refrigerator, toaster, and all the required utensils. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests may also opt to eat out at nearby restaurants like Tandoori Nights, Lord of the Wings, Broken Bridge, Gorkha Food Corner. Guest access Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION Up to 3 personal staff members can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 500 each, including meals. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games such as Ludo, carrom, chess, Monopoly, Scrabble. Guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak in the jacuzzi or take a peaceful walk amidst nature. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up at an additional cost. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All male groups are not allowed. - Guests are advised to be cautious of monkeys around. - There are 6 CCTV cameras that capture the external areas, the kitchen and the living area on the ground floor. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 6 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - A bonfire setup can be made available for Rs.1500 for a duration of three hours. Additional charges will apply to have it lit for a longer duration. - Guests can access the jacuzzi for an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per usage. - Guests can stay connected to the fiber internet. Although, network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay. -This is a pet-friendly property. ADDITIONAL COSTS - A masseuse, decor setup, live singer, guided nature walks, Dhaam experience, and an exclusive meal prepared by our finest master chefs can be availed by the guests at an additional cost.
