The resort is set high on the hill at Kingswear providing stunning views of the Dart estuary, Dartmouth and up the river towards Totnes. The space This stunning apartment is located on the FIRST Floor, comfortably sleeping four to six people. You will have exclusive use of the apartment enabling you 'to do what you want when you want'. The apartment benefits from large panoramic windows overlooking the estuary towards Dartmouth Castle whilst the main bedroom overlooks the river and across to Dartmouth. This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this. The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a good range of utensils and cleaning products. The main bedroom has ensuite with bath. Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
