This family cottage, made up of two houses and a tennis court, is located in the heart of the hamlet of Roumont. A peaceful and charming place, surrounded by forest, river and meadow. The house is spacious, has many bedrooms and everything you need for your family reunions, weekends with friends with children, sports getaways and well-deserved retirement away from the city. Many activities in the surroundings (Abbeys, animal park, Bastogne, etc...). The space The cottage can accommodate 15 people, spread across two houses and 7 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 4 people, and 1 single bedroom. A crib is also available. The main house has 5 bedrooms and group living areas (large living room, large kitchen, large dining room, games room). The small house has two bedrooms and a small living and kitchen area. This serves primarily as a quiet bedroom, as you will spend most of your time in the large spaces of the main house. The house has been hosting Christmas Eve gatherings for our extended family for years, so we guarantee you won't feel cramped in the spaciousness it offers. IMPORTANT: As the cottage is located in the heart of the hamlet and therefore surrounded by other houses, you are asked to respect the quiet after 9 p.m. We provide sheets for the various beds. We do not provide bath towels or bath towels, so you must bring your own. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation and the two houses of the gîte. Only the second floor of the large house is not accessible, with no impact on the number of rooms or the people who can stay there.
