Rustic and cozy bungalow in Santa Eulalia, 2 hours from Lima. Sunny climate, quiet place surrounded by nature. The adobe bungalow has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a terrace with a grill. In the garden we have dogs, cats, chickens, ducks... And a beautiful pool, a place to barbecue and campfire, and a swing for children to play. There's plenty to keep you busy! The space The bungalow is rustic and cozy, consisting of a bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a terrace with a grill. The room has 3 single beds. The property has a 4000 square meter garden with 120 fruit trees, aromatic plants, a fiberglass pool that can be filled at the request of guests. The bungalow is adjacent to the house and totally independent. The pool and part of the garden are shared with the house guests. It is very important to us that our guests have a good time and enjoy the place. Susana the guardian will receive you and will be present in case you have a question or request. Guest access The property has a 4000 square meter garden. This area and the pool are shared with the guests of the house if it is rented. Other things to note To get to the property you have to go through about 300 meters of trail. At one point you must turn right at an entrance to the hill, just as you turn the entrance is dirt and steep. Any car can pass but it must be done slowly and in first gear. My house is surrounded in part by a living fence, in case of bringing pets you must pay special attention that they do not leave the property. And yes, we are "pet friendly" we love animals. We have ducklings, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats and a turtle. Our animals stay outside the bungalow, in the garden. If you bring pets, you are asked to bring their bed, plate, etc. From October to December, termites appear in the house. We constantly treat the wood of the house but we can't prevent some insects from falling from the ceiling. If you don't tolerate insects, I advise you not to come at that time of year.
