Entering from the covered front porch you'll find a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a large 70 in TV (perfect for summer movie nights) and lots of games and books to stay entertained inside. Brand new flooring continues throughout the living room into the freshly renovated kitchen boasting all new whirlpool appliances, granite countertops and modern cabinets. Continuing through the kitchen hallway you'll find the huge downstairs master. A luxurious king size bed awaits you along with a comfy couch for lounging. Included in the master bedroom is it's own private entry. A laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer is also located on the lower floor along with a powder room off the kitchen. Upstairs you'll find a large, sunny bunk room for the kids - complete with books and toys if there happen to be any rainy days on your vacation. Next door is a third bedroom with a queen sized bed. A full size bathroom is at the top of the stairs. This property also offers plenty of outdoor entertaining space. There are two porches (one in front and one off the kitchen) with Adirondack chairs and tables. There is also a huge front lawn with a large picnic table - perfect for those nights you'd like to use the provided fire pit to roast hotdogs and marshmallows! Guest access Guests have access to entire home and all outdoor spaces. Other things to note Reminder: Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. No large parties. (guests only) We allow (1) well behaved dog under 40 lbs. Dog must be house trained and crated if left alone at the house If you don’t let us know you brought a pet you will be charged a fee of 500$ (twice the normal pet fee.) (Birds, reptiles, ferrets and cats are not allowed.) Linens included: We provide bed sheets, comforters, pillows, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels. We do NOT provide beach towels or beach/picnic blankets.
