The master bedroom has view at the backyard and the canal, has a private TV, and beautiful furniture and decor. The master bathroom is oversized, with double sink, a big shower, a walk-in closet, a second reach-in closet and separate toilet. The upper floor boosts an enormous foyer, an office space with 2 desks and a bed. Around the foyer, there are 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and closets. There is a third TV in one of the upper floor bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own closet. The garage is not for guests’ use. Guests park on the driveway. Any kind of smoking, cigarettes, drugs, cigars, pipe, is forbidden in the house. Pets are permitted ONLY with written approval and payment of pet fees. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for the garage and 1 closet. Other things to note Pets are not permitted in Villa Baloo unless the guest has requested approval and has paid the pet fee and the pet security deposit directly to the host, through Airbnb platform. The host has the right to visit the house and ask the guests to remove any unapproved pet or vacate the house.
