"MCA Travelers Lodge" is a private room located in the cozy town of San Juan, La Union. We are: - 5-10 minute trike/drive to URBIZTONDO BEACH/Flotsam & Jetsam - 3 minute walk from 7–11 - 6 minute walk to the more private Maria Cristina Arbor Village BEACH Whether you are a tourist visiting or a local, this room is perfect for those on a budget and still want to be near the surfing area! Any excess of 2 guests will be charged P300/head/night. The space The room includes: - Airconditioned Rooms - Private Bathroom with a shower - Electric Kettle - Free guest kits (basic toiletries, coffee) NOTE: - We can accommodate MORE than 3 guests, but can only provide 1 additional mattress PER ROOM, unless others are available based on related bookings. There are a lot of local shops around and just 150 meters from a 7-11 located just down the street from the building. We also have 5 other units and 1 cabin available in La Union - please check other listings under my profile Drinking on the property is allowed but ABSOLUTELY NO playing of loud music and drinking in the outside area past 10 PM as there are private residences nearby. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. Stains on sheets and furniture from alcohol or other liquids, etc. will be charged based on how much we purchased the sheets, or how much deep cleaning costs for furniture Other things to note There is a closer beach nearby - please message for directions from the building **IMPORTANT** Effective Oct 18, 2022, all accommodations in San Juan will need to collect the Environmental Fee of 50pesos per person. If PWD and Senior 40 pesos and children under 6 free. Upon payment at check in, a receipt will be given which will be shown upon entry to the tourists areas., e.g Surfing spots etc.
