Countryside House/Heated pool/Eyzies Sarlat

You'll find the estate hidden in the beautiful Perigord between Sarlat and Perigueux, just 5 minutes away from Les Eyzies. It’s a 22 hectares private forest with a big lake and a huge rock shelter. The space The house, more than 300m², dates from the 17th century and is built in the typical region’s style. The outdoor heated swimming pool found it’s home in an old stone barn and can be accessed by a key-locked door. There are 6 bedrooms with kingsize and twin beds ; a spacious living room, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets, an all equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities for outside. Guest access You will have access to the main house, to the private swimming pool (from mid-May to September), to the surroundings of the lake for your picnics and walks, and to several hectares of nature around the house. Other things to note Sheets, pillows and duvets are provided and included in the rental, as well as household linen (bath mat, hand towels and tea towels). The beds can be made for your arrival (on supplement) We can provide you shower and swimming pool towels (on supplement). We provide you a small "welcome kit" free of charge with a little oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, but also a dishwasher pod, a detergent pod, a roll of toilet paper, washing-up liquid and hand soap. But up to you to buy the necessary quantities for the full stay. We can rent a beer dispenser for you (local and organic beer), make prepare cheese and/or charcuterie platters for you with our cheesemonger, or even offer you baskets of local products. Of course, you have to book for that before your arrival. The swimming pool is heated from Mid May to September. In the event that you would come with an electric car, no power plug available, the closest are in the village 7kms. We are located in the countryside, you will need a car! The access road to the property is unpaved and can be difficult for low-cars. The first floor of the house is low because of the wood beams. Mind your head.
