Enjoy everything that our prime location has to offer. 8 minutes from the interstate, 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville, and minutes from plenty of food options. This is ideal for couples and families. Enjoy the private driveway, entry and the private back porch overlooking the beautiful trees and wildlife. We would love to host you as you explore Knoxville, Tennessee. The space Our 1,100 square foot basement includes a private living room with a tv, pool table, bedroom with a memory foam mattress, full bathroom and mud room with a mini fridge and coffee bar. You will enjoy the private driveway with a porch overlooking the backyard. Guest access Guests may access our entire 1,100 square foot private basement minus the garage. There may be some closets that are locked however there is a space to hang and store clothing. Guests have access to a private living area, pool table, bedroom, bathroom, and porch overlooking our beautiful back yard. Guests with children have access to the outdoor playhouse located in the backyard and may request a basket of toys for indoor play. Trampoline is off limits to guests. Other things to note Please note that this is our family home. You may hear people walking, small children or a dog bark at times. In the event of a fire, a fire extinguisher is located in the bathroom closet.
