So much better than a hotel with all the hotel feel. Parking in front and back. The space Perfect Location! Close to airport and Philadelphia, (13 miles) and attractions such as Winterthur Museum, Longwood Gardens and Brandywine Valley and Riverfront. Close to Wilmington train station (7miles). Walking distance to dry cleaner and convenience store, liquor store, dunkin donuts and church. Grocery store and several shopping centers within one mile. Just off of I95 exit, easy access for travel. Best location on the site! Guest access The whole house is for the guests. There is parking in front and back. Also there is a back yard space I did not picture that has a table and chairs. I just installed new windows upstairs and new lighting fixtures that are great! Other things to note This is the only listing that offers three bedrooms at such a value with so much space.
