La Maison Bleue with pool & parking, Center of Antigua

A three bedroom house with a small garden, parking and a private pool. This house is definitely a gem in Antigua Guatemala. The space The master bedroom is located on the first level of the house, featuring a king-size bed and a twin bed. The master bedroom has a full bathroom. Bedroom 2, this room is located on the second level of the property, has a queen bed and a bunk bed (two twin mattresses), this room shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3, this bedroom is located on the second level of the property, has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 2. The house is designed to accommodate 9 guests, no more than that under any circumstances. Please note that the number of guests must be updated on your reservation. Towels and sheets are changed every 3 days. If you want an earlier change, there is an additional cost. Guest access This is an entire property so you have access to all areas with the only exception of a small storage room where we keep the maintenance material, and where the pool machines are located. Other things to note THE POOL IS NOT HEATED! We can turn the heater on as a courtesy. The maintenance staff is responsible for turning it on every morning when they come for cleaning and turn it off in the afternoon. However, it is important to note that the pool is not heated by default and the heating service may be temporarily suspended for preventive maintenance or repairs, which are carried out without prior notice. By booking our place, you agree that someone from our cleaning staff will come every day. If your reservation includes a Tuesday or Thursday, please be aware that the gardener will come for house and garden maintenance. These services are not optional; they are our way of keeping the house clean and in perfect condition for all guests. The number of guests in your reservation is the maximum number of people allowed on the property. If you bring more people, you will have to pay an extra fee per night per guest. The property is pet-friendly, but you must include the number of pets in the reservation, as there is a fee for them. No more than two pets are allowed at our property. Remember that your pet is your responsibility, so you must clean up after your pet. A cleaning deposit will be charged and will be returned after your stay if everything is clean and there are no damages to the property. Aggressive or reactive pets are not allowed, as our cleaning staff comes daily. Pets can’t stay alone at the property.
