House on the banks of the Yonne: Restaurants, biking, hiking

Enjoy Burgundian gastronomy and the surrounding nature, combined with the warm welcome of the North in this spacious house (100 m2) on the banks of the Yonne - Bedroom upstairs and its relaxation area with pool table - Kitchen open to its large living room with dining room and living room - Not to mention the south-facing terrace overlooking the garden Whether it's sports, gastronomy, nature or all at the same time, enjoy a cozy and rejuvenating getaway during your hectic vacation The space Check-in is through the garden with a small driveway and a free and secure parking space for one vehicle. Bikes or motorcycles can be parked safely in a shared garage, upon request. The garden overlooking the Yonne is dedicated to the accommodation. Entry is through the terrace and its dining area. You then have direct access to the large living room: - living room with sofa and leather armchair, TV with TNT channel access - Dining room with large table that can seat 6 guests - Kitchen supplied and open to the living room: Gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, necessary for cooking... - You will also find in the living room the cleaning kit for the maintenance of the house - Toilet Upstairs: A refurbished bedroom with its pool table area (crossing): - Comfortable double bed - Large wardrobe for storing clothes (wardrobe with hangers and shelves) - Two windows overlooking the back garden and a window overlooking the front garden and the Yonne) A second refurbished bedroom: - Two single beds (90 x 200) with the possibility of combining them, on request, to make a king size bed - Reading nook A shower room with toilet where you can also find a washing machine, and toiletries (soap, shampoo, hairdryer) Linens and towels are provided. Guest access The house is located on our property but is totally separate from our house. You will therefore be independent and totally free during your stay. It divides the land in two: one part on the Yonne side which is intended for housing and one part on the other side which is our garden and is not accessible. The driveway and parking are shared. Parking for one vehicle is reserved for the guest. Other things to note After living in the North for several years, and introducing Antoine (Le Bourguignon) to the Ch'ti culture. It was time to come and settle in the Yonne to allow Emilie (la Ch'tite) to taste the sweetness of Burgundy. So we came to settle in this pretty home where we welcome you.
